Healthcare AI  has the potential to revolutionize healthcare by improving patient outcomes,  reducing costs, and enhancing the efficiency of healthcare delivery. Here are  some examples: Medical diagnosis: AI-powered diagnostic tools can help doctors detect diseases and conditions more accurately and efficiently than traditional methods. The Importance of Warm-Up Exercises: Reducing Injury, Improving Performance, and More

Warm-up exercises are an essential component of any workout routine. They are designed to prepare your body for the physical exertion of a workout, helping to prevent injury and improving your performance. Despite their importance, many people overlook or ignore warm-up exercises, choosing instead to jump right into the main workout more often to their dismay. A warm-up should always include some light physical activity that raises your heart rate and warms up your muscles. This can be as simple as a few minutes of walking, jogging, or jumping jacks. The idea is to get your blood flowing and your muscles prepared for the more intense workout to come. In this article, we will explore some vital questions about warm-up exercises like why warm-up exercises are so important, why you should make them a part of your exercise routine, what type of warm-up exercises, and how different types of warm-up exercises can be included in different types of workout regimen. First, let’s discuss the b

Marketing is like Dating: Follow these simple Rules to be an Effective Marketer

Marketing is a tricky business. On one hand, you want to stand out and capture the attention of potential customers. On the other hand, you don't want to come across as too pushy or desperate. In many ways, it’s like dating. You can't just walk up to someone and ask them to marry you on the first date (unless you're in Vegas, but that's a different story). Therefore, just like dating, it's important to start off slow and build a relationship with your audience before you start trying to sell them something unless, of course, you are in the market for short flings. Here are a few ways to do this properly: 1.      Be authentic:  People can smell inauthenticity from a mile away, so don't try to be something you're not. Just be yourself, and your audience will appreciate it. 2.      Be helpful:  Share valuable information, tips, and resources that your audience will find useful. This will help establish you as an expert in your field and build trust with your au

The World of Lost Souls

What exactly is reality, and how can we confidently define it? Who grants us the authority to determine our own identities? Who do we believe we are? And why do we seem to lack any perception of the events surrounding us?   Although theory and practice may appear to be identical, you can study one thing but confront something entirely different in reality. Truth is often distorted, while falsehoods are portrayed as truth. Humans have insufficient courage to dispute the accuracy of historical accounts, rendering them unreliable. As a result, we continue to lead our lives while being aware that we are living a lie, and that the truth is something else entirely, but we should not challenge it. No one can afford to be a rebel or a heretic since we all desire to reach Paradise, a place that only true believers can enter and remain forever. It appears that every one of us will be going there.   To deny the truth repeatedly, even though you know the reverse to be true, is to be lost.

Cross Roads

The Road goes ever on and on Down from the door where it began. Now far ahead the Road has gone, And I must follow if I can, Pursuing it with eager feet, Until it joins some larger way Where many paths and errands meet. And whither then? I cannot say.   The Road goes ever on and on Out from the door where it began. Now far ahead the Road has gone, Let others follow it who can! Let them a journey new begin, But I at last with weary feet Will turn towards the lighted inn, My evening-rest and sleep to meet.   Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun   The above stanzas are taken from the most famous fantasy book “Lord of the Rings” by J.R.R. Tolkien.   I have been desiring to write something about it for some time because I love these stanzas. Many times the sole reason for reading Lord of the Rings has been the thought of them.

How I Love You

A sweet Sonnet narrated in a wonderful movie "Patch Adams" dedicated to the love of my life :)   I do not love you as if you were salt-rose, or topaz or the arrow of carnations the fire shoots off. I love you as certain dark things are to be loved, in secret, between shadow and the soul. I love you as the plant that never blooms but carries in itself the light of hidden flowers; thanks to your love a certain solid fragrance, risen from the earth, lives darkly in my body. I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where, I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I don't know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I nor you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep it is your eyes that close.

The Beginning

I am Ahmad Jamal Tahir and this is my blog. This is my first post. and it seems funny . It's the 1st of August 2010 and 6:41 pm by my computer clock. Often I have thought that writing something is incredibly easy because I have often imagined so many stories in my mind. So I thought if I can imagine it I can write them too. I was hopelessly mistaken of course. Writing as it turns out is one of the toughest things you had tried. I would prefer reading instead of it, however, another interesting fact is that if you are a reader you will be tempted to write. It is a vicious circle or system a mutual conspiracy of reading and writing to entangle humans. Here is another fact once you write you will not be satisfied with it. It would all feel childish to you with no meaning at all and you will try to get the approval of other writers. Eventually, those who check your writing will praise yours for sure. That is the brighter side of writing and reading.  Anyway, what am I writing? the titl
